Where Did You Purchase the Transform App?

There are two websites you could have used to purchase the app...or you could have purchased the app directly through Google or Apple Subscriptions.

Here's how to view, manage, or cancel your subscription:

1) TransformHQ.com: If you registered and paid through the website at transformhq.com, you can manage your account online via the same site.

• Go to transformhq.com

• Click “My Account” on the top right of the homepage

• Sign in using the credentials you created when you first placed your order

• Click "Subscriptions" on the left side menu to view all subscriptions

• Click "View" on the subscription you'd like to view, manage, or cancel

2) TheTransformApp.com: If you registered and paid through the website at thetransformapp.com, you can manage your account online via the same site.

• Go to thetransformapp.com

• Click "Member Login" on the top right of the homepage or go directly by clicking here

   

• Sign in using the credentials you created when you first placed your order

• Once signed in, you can choose to update your payment method, update your subscription, or cancel your subscription

**IF YOU SIGNED UP WITH thetransformapp.com PRIOR TO FEBRUARY 1st, 2022**

• GO to https://members.thetransformapp.com/ 
• Sign in using the credentials you created when first placing your order. 
• Once signed in, you can choose to update your payment method, update your subscription, or cancel your subscription.

Please note, as the Transform App is a subscription-based program, you will no longer have access to any content once your subscription has expired.
